ABOUT: Our Team

Rachel Mercier
Design and Project Manager

Rachel developed her love for flowers and nature as a young child growing up in San Luis Obispo, California helping her parents garden on weekends and insisting they identify every plant and flower. A graduate of Skidmore College and MIT, Rachel’s first career was in urban design and planning, working for the CIties of Boston and New York managing neighborhood design initiatives. Looking to realign her professional experiences with her love of flowers and event design, Rachel took a leap in 2011 and launched her own e-commerce business while working as a freelance floral designer and stylist for events and editorial projects.  In 2012, Rachel enthusiastically joined Matthew Robbins Design and is grateful to work on beautiful projects with wonderful clients.

Melissa works within our styling team and specializes in crafting and floral design.

Jack Myers

Founding Partner & Media Director

Jack’s first animations took place on his father’s books, where he would scribble flipbook shorts in the margins, filling each corner to capacity. He later completed his degree at the Memphis College of Art, where an exchange with the San Francisco Art Institute convinced Jack to move west. In 1996, he became Senior Designer at the Bay Area firm DesignSite, where he mainly focused on print design and illustration…soon landing a spot in Print Magazine’s Design Annual. With the advent of digital video, his work soon evolved full circle to animation and motion graphics. In 2000 he moved to New York where he completed Food, an award-winning animated film shown on PBS and at festivals worldwide. His work has been seen most everywhere there is a television, with spots for MTV, VH1, ABC, NBC, HBO, the Style Network and the Discovery Channel, as well as featured in The New York Times, Print Magazine, Wired and Newsweek.
